Return / Exchange

• We offer easy exchanges or returns within 7 days of delivery.(Returns are only applicable if an exchange is not possible.)

•  Any issues related to defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

•  Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return—only exchanges are permitted.

•  A reverse shipping fee of Rs.75 (within Kathmandu) or Rs. 100 (outside Kathmandu) will apply to all exchanges and returns.

•  The exchange process will begin only after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
